These terms explain purchases made from BlondJet at blondjet.com. Review the product description and the policies linked below before ordering.

Products and Order Details

Check the product, color, size, quantity, compatibility, and included components before checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Availability may change; if an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for it.

Prices and Payment

Prices and checkout charges are in United States dollars (USD). Payment methods, applicable taxes, and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. A bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders normally ship within 1–2 days after order confirmation. Delivery is estimated to take 3–5 days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 4–7 days from confirmation to delivery. These are estimates. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you with available information and options. See our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders to destinations supported at checkout, with no minimum purchase. Delivery availability is determined by the address entered at checkout.

Cancellations

Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. We can cancel only before dispatch. After dispatch, eligible items can be returned under our return policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Request a return within 30 days of delivery or an exchange within 45 days. Ordinary change-of-mind returns require unused items in original condition, including packaging and accessories. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Your payment provider may need another 3–5 business days to display the credit.

Use Contact Us and include your order number. The policy terms presented with your order apply to that purchase; later changes do not retroactively reduce those commitments.
