Refund policy

This policy applies to portable blenders, jars, lids, sleeves, replacement parts, recipe books, and beverage products purchased directly from BlondJet at blondjet.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders normally ship within 1–2 days. Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase using Contact Us. Cancellation is available only before dispatch; eligible shipped items may be returned under this policy.
Returns and Exchanges
Request a return within 30 days of delivery or an exchange within 45 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories. Exchanges depend on availability.
Beverage Products
Opened or consumed beverage products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or spoiled products.
Requesting a Return
Use Contact Us and provide your order number, the item involved, and your preferred resolution. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Wait for these instructions before sending anything back.
Bundles
Include all components when requesting a full bundle refund. Contact us if only one component has a problem.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for incorrect or defective items. Use a tracked service and retain the receipt. Free outbound shipping does not mean change-of-mind return postage is free.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the product and packaging. We may request photographs to help arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Your payment provider may need another 3–5 business days to display the credit. Customer-paid return postage is not reimbursed for change-of-mind returns.
